Returns Policy


Return of Merchandise

According to the provisions of the Consumer Right Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the day after the arrival of the goods (subject to the date of receipt). If the seventh day is a holiday, the end date will be the next day.


No items are returnable after the 7-day cooling-off period.


If you are not able to meet the free shipping threshold for any order, the shipping fee paid at the time of shipment is not refundable even when you request a return.


If you reach the free shipping threshold when you order: If the order is returned in whole or in part, and the remaining amount of the goods in the order does not reach the free shipping threshold or is TWD 0 after the return, you will be charged the shipping fee. The return payment will be refunded according to the original payment method after deducting the additional shipping fee.


You are no longer entitled to any discount or other preferential activities after returning any goods. We reserve the right to settle the payment according to the price of each product at the time of purchase and deduct the corresponding price difference from the refund amount.

The Company will review your return request within 1 working day from the day after receiving the return request. After the review, a designated courier company will be responsible for contacting you by phone within 5 working days to collect the returns. Please keep your phone turned on and prepare the goods with all packages and accessories. You should ensure every required item is collected by the courier service provider designated by the Company (the courier service provider is only responsible for receiving the goods. The returns are inspected and accepted by the Company). Please keep the invoice provided by the courier service provider after collecting the items. Returns take 4 to 6 business days to be shipped to the returned spot and processed.

 

If your return request meets the conditions described herein and is approved, You’ll receive a refund email notification and will be refunded within 15 to 21 business days by the same method you used to pay if the conditions of return are met.

Item Condition

The merchandise must be in its original condition when returned. And, it must be returned to its original state when you receive it (including the main product, accessories, internal and external packages, related documents, gifts, etc.). If it is a partial return, the market price of the products you have used or reserved will be considered when calculating the refund amount. Otherwise, your right to return will be affected. And please be sure to read the detailed instructions at the bottom of this page that may affect the return rights of various products.


Underwear, panties, sports bras, socks

• Due to consumer hygiene reasons, no returns request is accepted for intimate clothing or personal hygiene products. Intimate clothing or personal hygiene products generally refer to products that come into contact with the skin and the private parts of the human body, such as: underwear, panties, sports underwear, swimwear, socks and other products.


Apparel and Pajamas

• All textile products (Women's/Men's), once without tags or washed, cannot be returned unless they are defective.


Shoes

• Apart from new product defects, any wear and dirt on the shoes caused by wearing the product will affect the return rights.

• The shoe box of footwear products is also part of the merchandise. When returning, the shoe box and shoes need to be returned together (please do not stick tape directly on our shoe box, please pack you shoe box in a box and a bag).


Watches

• Apart from new product defects, external damages to various parts of the watch (including movement, glass, strap, crown, bezel, screws, and any other physical parts) caused by wearing will affect your return rights.

• If the outer box of the product is intentionally scratched or damaged, no return request is accepted, or compensation is required according to the price of the box.


Perfume

• As a consumable product, perfume cannot be opened or tried out. Once opened or used, it will affect your return rights.

• If skin irritation happens after use, please stop using it immediately and consult a physician.

• Please store the product in a cool and ventilated place. Do not store at high temperatures for a long time to avoid deterioration.


Other Conditions

If the product itself is defective, it is returnable. If you need to return the product, please keep the product intact. Once without the tags or washed, any return or exchange request is not accepted unless it is defective. When returning or exchanging, please keep the package intact (including purchased goods, accessories, inner and outer packaging, gifts, etc.) and deliver them together. If there are missing parts, the return rights will be affected.


Due to different monitors and resolutions of various brands, the color of the pictures on the website will be slightly different. Please refer to the actual product color.


Items purchased at the Tommy Hilfiger retail store cannot be returned or exchanged through the official website. All terms apply to products not purchased on Tommy Hilfiger's official site, whether they are normal or defective.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact Customer Assistance and provide your Order Number. All items in the order will be cancelled. Partial cancellation on individual items will not be accepted.
