DELIVERY
Standard Delivery Time
You will receive a Ready to Ship email when your shipment(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse including a tracking number and tracking link. Your purchased items might be fulfilled by multiple shipments and arrive in separate packages. Standard delivery is 4-7 working days depends on your location. The courier will contact you directly for delivery. Some tracking links may not be available right away. In such cases, please check back again or CONTACT US.
Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes and the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.
The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location processing time.
Delivery
We provide delivery service with Taiwan Pelican Express to Taiwan, Kinmen main island and Penghu main island.
The following areas are out of the delivery service.
- Penghu area: Wang'an Township, Qimei Township, Hujing Island, Tongpan Island, Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island, Bird Island, Huayu Island, and Jibei Island.
- Kinmen area: Wuqiu, Lieyu, Bold, Erdan.
- Matsu area (Lianjiang County): Nangan Township, Beigan Township, Juguang Township, and Dongyin Township.
- Others: Orchid Island, Green Island, Xiaoliuqiu and other outer islands and post office boxes.
Convenience Stores Pick Up Service
We provide convenience store pick up service in 7-Eleven and FamilyMart. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver to the selected convenience store. Once order is placed, collection store and recipient cannot be amended. Please keep the below points in mind when choosing convenience store pick up service:

- Recipient name must match with ID and valid phone number for convenience store pick up. If recipient details do not match with the provided ID card, it might affect the collection.
- Since convenience stores pick up service has limitaiton on parcel size, the service is not applicable for certain products (e.g. fragile, large items). Please refer the above links for shipping specification on each convenience stores.
- The parcel size will be finalized at the shipping location which will be decided if it's engliable for conenience store pick up service. Our customer service team will reach out to you by email or phone if the parcel cannot meet the parcel size requirement during packaging process. We apologize for the inconveniences caused in advance.
- It takes 3-5 working days to deliver to the selected convenience stores. After the order is placed successfully, please be reminded that shipping method, seleted convenience store and recipient details cannot be amended.
- You may receive SMS notification when the parcel arrives at the selected 7-Eleven. Please bring a valid ID card for collection and visit the selected branch within the designated time.
- If the number of failed collection reaches more than 3 times due to personal reasons, please note that it may affect the individual's right in convinence store pick up service.
